What are neighbors for?
Since 1960, Kwik Shop has been an active member in the neighborhoods where we have stores. Throughout the year we participate in various events to help give back to the communities that have helped us become successful. That's what neighbors are for.
Stores in the metro Omaha area held a fund raising campaign for the Heartland Family Service Ways to Work program. By asking for dollar donations, holding carwashes, and pie-in-the-face opportunities, they were able to raise $16,445.
Our customers, associates and vendor business partners helped Kwik Shop raise over $186,435 for the United Way in the 2011-2012 campaign. You can support the cause by using our Air for Charity program. 100% of the proceeds go directly to the United Way.
Our generous customers contributed over $66,016, a record, to St. Jude's in 2011!
